We charge a flat rate for shipping, as follows:

4,95€ Italy* and Portugal
7€ Germany & The Netherlands
10€ UK, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Northern Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
CUSTOMS' DUTIES
For our customers outside the EU, please note that our products are shipped from Spain. Your local country's customs may hold the shipment and request that you pay customs duties. Please note that all customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable.
OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Please review your order carefully before confirming and submitting payment. Once your order is paid and you have received order confirmation, cancellation or changes unfortunately cannot be made, as your order will be already released for processing.
If you do not wish to keep your order once it is received, you may choose to reject the package from the courier or you may return the package back to us. In accordance with the consumer and user defense regulation, once purchased the customer will have 14 days to excercise his or her right of withdrawal since product reception.
