Camelia Beauty is a beauty start-up that was originally created 6 years ago in Shanghai. We are a young, dynamic and international company that has created the brand Le Mini Macaron, which is sold in Sephora, ULTA, ASOS, Galeries Lafayette, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Feelunique, and other beauty retailers and department stores. Our brand has been featured in such leading media as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Refinery 29, PopSugar, NYLON, Paulette, and many others. Account Manager - USA & CANADA

Account Management Responsabilitiess

  • Day to day management of large US and Canada retail clients for Le Mini Macaron

  • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders with different retailers

  • Serve as main client contact for all requests and hold quarterly status calls

  • Handle sales forecasts and purchase orders, working with logistics and production teams to fulfill
  • Work with design team for marketing materials, web updates, visual merchandising, etc.

  • For retailers, organize PR/social media activities, training, events and animations as needed.

  • Communicate annual marketing calendars (for launches and promotions) to clients. Coordinate all marketing materials needed by clients.

  • Work with client to expand/amplify existing business levels in the local market.

  • Work with internal management team to define annual/quarterly KPI’s and develop action plan to achieve them.

  • Finance/Administrative – oversee/review client billing and reduce logistics fees/expenses, working with internal finance manager.

  • Some travel and store visits required (post-Covid).

  • In-person client meetings may be needed (post-Covid).

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Introduce the brand and pitch new potential clients

  • Work with Account Assistant to prepare all documents needed (presentations, price lists, vendor setup forms)

  • Setup pitch calls to present the brand

  • Attend trade exhibitions or conferences (post-Covid)

  • Research new distribution and retail opportunities

  • Work with management team to define KPI’s for new business growth

Required:

  • Fluent English with strong writing ability

  • Previous experience with client/account management as client lead

  • Previous experience working in/with the US market

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working with retailers from client or retail side

  • Previous experience in beauty

  • Secondary language (French, Spanish, German, Dutch, etc)


 

LOGISTICS INTERN

Required:

Work directly with social media manager in activation and day-to-day management of Italian social media platforms.

  • Fluent English and Spanish. Native Spanish preferred.

  • Previous working experience (internship OK).

  • Organized, detailed, with strong ability to follow up.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly organized and detailed Logistics Intern for our team based in Barcelona. This role reports to the Logistics Manager.

  • Coordination of logistics – includes import, export and local logistics covering 8-10 markets

  • Support all international sea and air shipments (Asia, EU, USA), including document preparation, customs clearance, forwarder coordination, regulatory checks, VAT payments etc. Must be handled in a time-sensitive manner.

  • Contact for daily coordination with our warehouses in Europe and USA for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Manage local outbound shipments (US and Europe) in a timely and cost-effective way. Ensure that outbound shipments comply with all client packing/shipping requirements (detailed review of client manuals and guidelines in English is required)

  • Work with a team of account managers to fulfill wholesale (B2B) orders. Weekly status meeting to update.

  • Work with ecommerce team and warehouses to supervise and ensure all outbound B2C orders are handled smoothly. Weekly status meeting to update.

  • Constant internal communication with the production and management team to ensure all the shipments coming out of the origin country get delivered on the agreed terms.

  • Handling billing for all related logistics vendors. Weekly meeting with finance team to update.
