The order is sent by our courier services informing the user of the cost of the same during the purchase procedure and before finalizing it.  

The shipment of orders will be made immediately at the formalization of the payment.

Only the consumer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of goods resulting from handling products other than that necessary to ensure their nature, characteristics or operation.

We currently offer free shipping to the countries mentioned above for orders over €49. Certain exceptions may apply.

Free shipping for UK for orders over 59€. Certain restrictions may apply. Please contact us for more details.


For our customers outside the EU, please note that our products are shipped from Spain. Your local country's customs may hold the shipment and request that you pay customs duties (after Brexit, it also applies for orders shipped to UK over 150€). Please note that all customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not liable. Thank you for understanding!



When filling in the purchase details, it is possible to send it to a different address than the billing address.

To do this, simply select the address you consider appropriate when filling in the data or when entering an address other than the tax address, at the time of registration or even at the time you are placing the order.

Orders are shipped from Spain with Celeritas (Envialia for national shipments) and with GLS (for the rest of Europe). Shipping arrives 3-5 working days for orders to Spain (peninsula) and between 5 and 7 working days for other countries.

The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but please note that due to factors such as measures imposed by COVID-19 and/or closures in some territories, your order may be delayed. We make every effort to ensure that your order is always delivered on time.

In the event of any atypical or unexpected delay, our customer service team will contact the buyer to notify you of the incident that has happened, in order to decide whether you have an interest in proceeding with the order process or not. In the case of the lack of stock of a product, you will be informed of the expected delivery time to confirm your interest.

Tracking shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
