Camelia Beauty is a beauty start-up that was originally created 6 years ago in Shanghai. We are a young, dynamic and international company that has created the brand Le Mini Macaron, which is sold in Sephora, ULTA, ASOS, Galeries Lafayette, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Feelunique, and other beauty retailers and department stores. Our brand has been featured in such leading media as Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Refinery 29, PopSugar, NYLON, Paulette, and many others. We are looking for dynamic, creative and motivated individuals to join our team.

Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social & Email Marketing

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Paid Social & Email Marketing Manager for Le Mini Macaron. This person will be the key responsible for all paid social channels for the brand, with a focus on creative optimization to drive performance and results.


  • Manage and own all aspects of Paid Social across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) including strategy, reporting and creative optimization.

  • Manage our customer database and segmentation, utilizing CRM tools.

  • With the support of the Marketing Director, brainstorm, identify, and perfect messaging to drive efficient customer acquisition.
  • Brief and manage all creative development with our design team.

  • Test and refine across social platforms, creative ideas, messaging, audiences, etc.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our agency partner to plan and execute all monthly campaigns, set KPI’s and review results. Constructively challenge the work as needed in order to continuously put forth the best work and drive performance.

  • For email marketing (newsletters), analyze campaign results (open rate, revenue, unsubscribes, etc)

  • Report on all major KPIs (paid social and email marketing) and share results, learnings and insights with the internal team to continually optimize results.

  • Set and manage quarterly budget allocations across media platforms.

  • This role will manage all paid social for the brand, covering US/Canada, as well as key European markets (UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, etc)

  • This role reports to our Marketing Director and is based in our office in Barcelona.


    • 3+ years in direct paid social management (in-house or at an agency) with 5+ years of total work experience in a data-driven, fast paced and results oriented organization

    • Prior experience in beauty strongly preferred

    • Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the social media landscape

    • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision maker

    • Proven experience working with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Social Media and CRM Marketing.

    • Previous experience writing creative briefs.c

    • Strong understanding of how great creative visuals, sharp copywriting and CTA drive clicks and intent to purchase.

    • Strong experience and understanding of A/B testing frameworks and best practices

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

      Ecommerce Marketing Intern

      ABOUT THE JOB: This is a paid marketing internship position that will support the Ecommerce Manager for Le Mini Macaron.

      Key Dutiess

      Work directly with the Ecommerce Manager to update and optimize our websites ( /

      • Create product listings for new product launches on the websites

      • Reviewing existing product pages for image and copy revisions/optimizations (English, Spanish and Italian languages)

      • Improve website SEO performance through product page updates and new blog content
      • Working with design team for regular updates of web banners, including home page campaigns

      • Ongoing maintenance and ecommerce improvements as needed

      • Maintain and update FAQ’s section on website (working with Customer Care Associate)

      • Additional copywriting as needed

      • Assist with ecommerce inventory management

      • Assist in analysis of ecommerce results (dashboards, KPI’s, etc).

      • Participate in regular meetings with our agency for performance marketing reviews & optimizations

        The ideal candidate has the following qualities and experience:

        • Business school degree with a digital marketing focus

        • Proven experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, Excel

        • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. Italian will be a plus.

        PR Manager – Italy & Spain

        About the jobs

        This position will be the PR Manager for Italian and Spanish markets for Le Mini Macaron. Reports to Marketing Director and is based in our office in Barcelona.

        Key Duties

        • Social Media. Manage and drive growth for Instagram and Facebook accounts for both markets. Includes management of localized content calendar (working with creative team for content creation, posting daily, community management/engagement, helping to run paid ads, promotions and contests).

        • Brand Collabs. Pitch and develop brand partnerships (collaborations) with other brands (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, etc) that fit with Le Mini Macaron to drive brand awareness and increased visibility/growth.

        • Influencers. Develop and manage influencer relationships for both markets. Includes negotiation of projects, sending product mailers, ongoing follow-up and relationship management, and tracking/analysis of results. Influencers to include paid and unpaid in beauty, lifestyle, nail, travel, etc.

        • PR/Media. Develop database with beauty editors in Italy and Spain. Regular follow up to send press releases and images, product mailers, inform about new product launches, etc.

        • Email Newsletters. Develop and grow database of Italian/Spanish consumers, and assist brand marketing team with local newsletters and email marketing (includes translations).

        • Marketing materials. Work with marketing and creative team to develop brand marketing materials (including photo and video shoots). Adapt for the local markets. Includes translation work.

        • Website. Support ecommerce team to maintain and improve the local language websites, includes copywriting as needed.

        • Budget. Manage allocated marketing spend for each market (working with Marketing Director). Includes vendor negotiations, budget reconciliation, invoicing, etc.

        Account Management Intern

        ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for an Account Management Intern who is passionate and dedicated in learning about a growing business. This is a paid internship position that will support the Account Managers for Le Mini Macaron.

        Key Dutiess

        Work directly with Account Managers in day to day management of U.S. and Europe Retailers:

        • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders with different retailers

        • Assist in the preparation of client facing documents (presentations, price lists, SKU lists, vendor setup forms)

        • Report and review weekly sales data across different accounts
        • Communicate to retail partners of brand and marketing strategies

        • Assist in the expansion of assortment and sales with retail partners

        • Work with internal partners to gather material for clients
