Key Duties

• Social Media - you will work with our marketing and creative team to develop social media content for the Italian market. You will also manage our Instagram and Facebook pages on a daily basis, including posting daily, answering customer messages, and running paid advertising promotions and contests.

• Ecommerce – work with marketing team to drive ecommerce sales through a variety of promotions and product launches. Analyze sales data and paid campaign results to optimize for sales conversion. Attend meetings with marketing agency.

• Brand Ambassador Program/Influencers – working with our marketing manager, you’ll help to develop our Brand Ambassador program with Italian influencers (bloggers and Instagram influencers), following up with them for posting/promotion of Le Mini Macaron to drive more awareness of the brand on the market.

• PR/Media – regularly contact and follow up with Italian media and beauty editors. Send press releases and images, follow up on new product launches, etc.

• Marketing Materials – work with marketing and creative team to develop materials for the local market. Includes regular translation work.

• Database Management/Newsletter Communication – develop and grow database of Italian consumers, and work with marketing team to develop regular newsletters to announce new products, sales, etc.

• Italian Website – work with marketing manager to maintain and improve the local language website.

• Competitive and Trends Research – monitor and research competitive brands, keep up to date on beauty/fashion trends, provide regular report to the team for info sharing

International Logistics Manager

 Key Duties

  • Supervision and coordination of all logistics for the company -includes import, export and local logistics covering 8-10 markets
  • Manage all international sea and air shipments. includes document preparation, customs clearance, forwarder coordination, regulatory checks, VAT payments etc, Must be handled in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Key contact and daily coordination with our warehouses in Europe and USA for outbound shipments
  • Liaise with our external Toxicologist to ensure the correct traceability of our product imports
  • Manage local outbound shipments (US and Europe) in a timely and cost-effective way. Ensure that outbound shipments comply with all client packing/shipping requirements (detailed review of client manuals and guidelines in English is required)
  • Work with a team of account managers to fulfill wholesale (B2B) orders. Weekly status meeting to update.
  • Work with commerce team and warehouses to supervise and ensure all outbound B2C orders are handled smoothy. Weekly status meeting to update.
  • Manage stock allocation in warehouses for B2B & B2C orders (including forecasted orders) and work with management team on inventory planning by quarter.
  • Constant internal communication with the production and management team to ensure all the shipment coming out of the origin country get delivered on the agreed terms.
  • Handling billing for all related logistics process (ongoing).
  • Identify and implement ways to optimize the logistics process (ongoing). 
  • Coordinate with Spanish suppliers for any in-development product component order                                       



Fluent in Spanish and English. Native Spanish preferred.
