Senior Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager - US Market with extensive experience in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives in the US market. Proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies, keen market insights, and meticulous financial management. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring brand communication resonates effectively with local audiences.
Your role is crucial in navigating our brand through the dynamic US market, requiring a blend of strategic foresight, creative thinking, and operational excellence.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that ensure sustainable brand growth through an optimal marketing mix.

Lead the deployment of an integrated 360º brand communication strategy, encompassing trade and promotional plans, social media, influencer partnerships, paid ads, and brand collaborations to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Spearhead our brand's communication on both owned and paid channels to drive profitable acquisition and ideal retention targets.

Generate tight briefs to provide strong direction to creative partners that yields high performing emails, photoshoots and ads.

Develop and maintain the annual US budget and monitor expenditures, while implementing corrective measures as necessary to align with financial goals.

Leverage and analyze market data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions, monitor brand performance, and stay ahead of market and competitor trends.

Manage and develop a team of 4 across multiple disciplines: social media, influencer and community. (3 direct reports)

Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and e-commerce teams to accurately forecast brand needs and ensure a seamless sales and operations process.
Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum 8-10 years relevant working experience in marketing. CPG experience a must.

Prior experience as a Marketing Manager in the US beauty market.

3+ years of people management experience with a successful track record in development

Native or fluent in American English

Account Management Assistant
About the Role
As an Account Management Assistant on our retail sales team, you will support the Key Account Manager on our European retail business and you'll also manage the distributors accounts meanwhile the responsible of the department is in Maternity leave (6month), with the following tasks:
Distributors:
- Oversight and day to day account management of international distribution accounts, serving as main client contact.
- Orders – Receive new and replenishment purchase orders, working with production and logistics teams to manage requests and schedules. Follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Newness – present new products to clients on a regular basis and manage lead times and order requests.
- Billing – Invoice clients on a timely basis (working in conjunction with finance/accounting team), follow up regarding payments
- Document Registration – working with clients on certificates necessary per country for registration/compliance and shipping
- Marketing – working with brand marketing team to provide marketing materials for new product launches and campaigns to distributors on an ongoing basis; quarterly meetings with distributors to present brand marketing plans
- Business Development – managing inbound/outbound BD and follow up for new market openings/launches, including preparing sales materials and holding client calls.
Account management:
- Day-to-day management of large EU retail clients
- Coordinate all inbound client requests and participate in ongoing client meetings.
- Management of the whole PO processes: from the reception of the PO to the delivery to retailers’ warehouses and the invoice process
- Prepare all vendor documents needed (sales presentations, price lists, product setup forms).
- Brief and partner with the design team for marketing materials, web updates, visual merchandising, PR & Social Media.
- Monitor retail partner websites on a weekly basis to ensure consistent brand image: pricing, product description, pictures, etc.
- Monitor retail partner social media channels on a daily basis and keep the LMM team updated of any and all posts.
- Conduct market research studies and prepare competitive presentations to share with the team.
- Research new distribution and retail opportunities.
- Prepare assets (photos, videos, copy) following each retailer’s requirements for new product launches.
- Help to organise events, fairs & trade exhibitions as needed.
- Participate in testing new beauty products and formulas presented by NPD team (new product development) and providing feedback, as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Masters in Business, International Trade, Sales with an interest in learning about Accounts and Sales strategy
- Previous experience in sales, business development, working with clients (B2B)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English, French is a plus
- Proactive, self-starter
- Attention to detail and organization
- Interest in the beauty industry

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our US marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and fashion, an interest in social media, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a fast-paced, innovative brand environment. You will assist with social media management, content creation, influencer outreach, and campaign execution across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in planning and creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest), including editing images & videos..
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and localize content that resonates with the US audience. Assist with creative writing, photoshoots, product videos, and tutorials.
- Influencer & Affiliates Marketing: Help identify and engage with beauty influencers across the US market. Coordinate product send-outs and influencer collaborations and UGC creators..
- Campaign Support: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including the edits of paid advertising assets , social media contests, and seasonal product launches.
- Market Research: Conduct research on beauty trends, competitor activity, and market insights to support marketing strategy development.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, ensuring a high level of engagement.
- Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, influencer collaborations, and campaign results. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor in Marketing, Visual Arts or Communications with an interest in learning about social media, marketing management and paid media.
- Previous internship experience in marketing, social media, video and image editing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- High-level knowledge of organic Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
- Fully immersed in the latest beauty and fashion trends.
- Deeply engaged with the latest trends across social media platforms.
- Image and video editing skills for social media are a must.
