- Let the serum moisturize your hands for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and dispose of gloves.
- Rub excess serum into hands and fingers
- Use weekly for best results.

- File, shape and prep nails to desired shape
- When you’ve used up one side, you don’t need to throw it away yet.
- Peel back the used layer and reveal a fresh new layer underneath.
- Essentially 6 nail files in one!
