After receiving your order, you have 15 days to make a return. You must email us to verify the order number and confirm your information for the return. Please note that the items returned must be in their original packaging and not used. We cannot consider any items that are used, incomplete, ruined, damaged, or dirty for a refund.

Depending on how you ship your package back to us, it may take up to 5 working days for us to receive it if you are shipping within Spain. If you are shipping internationally it could take up to 10 working days for us to receive it. We will request that you provide us with your tracking number, so we may track the order.

Once we receive your package and assess the products, we will send you a confirmation email. It will take 1-3 business days to process and refund you the amount of the order, minus shipping fees.
